Frequently Asked Questions
Technical details regarding physical cross-connects, testing periods, and SLA enforcement.
We maintain direct optical patch panels within Equinix AM1/AM2/AM7 (Amsterdam Science Park), Iron Mountain AMS-1 (Haarlem), Interxion FRA1-FRA16 (Frankfurt), and Telehouse North Two (London Docklands). In-building cross-connects typically complete within 3 business days.
SLA availability is measured continuously via hardware PTP probes polling synthetic 64-byte packets every 10 milliseconds across our backbone nodes. If monthly uptime drops below 99.999% (less than 26 seconds of unexcused downtime per month), customers receive automatic prorated service credits in accordance with Section 8 of our Master Services Agreement.
Yes. Antidot provides an extensive catalog of standard and extended BGP communities allowing clients to control geographic announcement scope, prepend AS paths, or select preferred egress transits on a per-prefix basis.
Qualified enterprise clients are eligible for a 14-day zero-cost trial circuit with temporary 10G or 100G peering ports to verify packet latency and routing consistency under real production loads.
